Properties fall into a number of groups: Villas, Apartments, Rustico’s (old rustic style properties), Villas and Apartments with a special ambience, and a few hotels and complexes.


The website also has a number of unique facilities to make the selection of properties easier. You can start by selecting the region you want from our map of Italy. Once you have selected the most likely region you can use the Search facility based on the number of people in your party and the dates of the holiday. Alternatively, you can just scan through the properties and check the availability (if given) or simply add the property to a Shopping Cart for e–mailing to us to check the availability. There are also additional photos of the properties to gain a better appreciation, both inside and outside, of the accommodation.
